Lindsey grew up with a keen interest in sports. As a kid, she was regularly involved in organized sports and fitness was a natural pursuit of bettering herself, for the competitive edge. Following high school, she earned a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotions, through Loyalist College, Belleville.
From there Lindsey developed her unique style of training delivery through 16 years of experience working with Progress Fitness, Focus Personal Fitness, and Good Life Fitness. In 2013, Lindsey invested in herself by opening her own gym facility. She was Owner, Program Director, and Team Training Coordinator/Trainer. Lindsey's client base testifies to the range of her effectiveness, spanning Policing, Nursing and Medical Practitioners, to Athletes, and Sedentary Office work.
In 2018, Lindsey decided to follow a long-time desire and returned to college, this time through Trillium College for their Massage Therapist program. Lindsey successfully completed her diploma, graduating August, 2019. Her focus has been developing her expertise with the neck, shoulder, hips, and low back, strength and function, massage and remedial exercise, and postural.
Lindsey is a person who values close friendships, and cares deeply for the wellbeing of everyone she treats or trains. While excelling professionally, she still has a fun and easy-going demeanor that sets anyone interacting with her, at immediate ease. She's easy to get along with, direct and honest, and legitimately wants to work with people on their paths to reaching their goals.
Among her favorite things are swimming, hiking, bike rides, camping, playing the guitar, and quality time with her husband Jay, Avella, and dog Winnie.
